  Just went literally 30 minutes ago and got my order to-go. I used to like this place a lot, now after what i just ate i wont be going back. The shrimp gumbo was horrible, water, rice and already cooked store shrimp. The stuffed potatoe with crawfish, was a disgrace, tasted like a can soup with added crawfish. My used to be favorite, fried sausage nuggets, were even very disappointing. The sausage tasted old and the batter was soggy. I stopped here everytime coming from galveston to casino, more than 20 times before. I dont know if there's new cooks or what but I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

  I would give this place a 2.5 out of 5.0. My 8 year old boy liked his tenders and macaroni and cheese. My wife liked her steak. But the Cajun part of the menu needs to be dropped entirely as a descriptor. The shrimp gumbo had a light roux base with no seasoning what so ever and shrimp added as an afterthought. The shrimp Creole was a light red flour soup bland and gelatinous. The hush puppies and the stuffed shrimp were equally old and greasy as if twice fried; one of the nastiest attempts at either that I have ever tried in my 53 years.
  The boiled shrimp was fresh and spiced appropriately, as was the fried shrimp. However, the grilled shrimp was overcooked and tasted exactly like my wife's steak. So if it was just seafood you are looking for and not Cajun cuisine, this place would be just barely passable
